Supplies Donations
2021 donation update:
Westerville Caring and Sharing will accept any donation of toys, clothing, coats, toiletries, self care items, gift cards, as well as monetary donations. Any new item will be able to find a good home and we appreciate any and all donations! We will also be having donation pick up dates listed soon. Please reach out with any questions. Thank you!
Any donations may be mailed to our P.O. box at Westerville Caring and Sharing P.O. box 970 Westerville, Ohio 43086. We will also be picking up donations through mid-december. If you would like us to pick up your donation, please call 614-470-4320 to arrange a date and time for pick up!
During to the back to school prgram:
We collect needed school supplies, gift cards, and personal care items that are then redistributed to our Westerville school students. If you would like to contribute, here is a list of items we need on an ongoing basis:
- Pencils/pens
- Notebooks
- School backpacks
- Pencil erasers
- Toilet paper
- Shampoo
- Dental products
- Shaving products

Monetary Donations
We accept monetary donations through the Donate button on our website or through The Columbus Foundation. These donations can be one-time or recurring gifts. To donate, visit our page on The Columbus Foundation. Here are some ways your financial donation will be used:
- Gift cards
- Food - Financial gifts allow WC&S volunteers to purchase additional food for distribution
- School Supplies
- Personal care products
